Today I got inspired to make some chocolate-orange flavoured cupcakes, and decided to be creative and make up my own recipe. I pretty much just used a standard cupcake recipe & added some personal tweaks.
I added orange rind & food colouring to the cupcake batter & orange & lemon juice to the chocolate icing, then decorated with orange-flavoured m&m’s & coloured sugar.
They’re so yummy! :)
